The Holiday Inn Verona Congress Center is perfectly situated in the neighboring town of San Martino Buon Albergo, offering exceptional convenience due to its proximity to the exit of the A4 Venice-Milan highway.

Our decision to select this particular hotel during our journey from Rome was met with excitement as we realized how conveniently it was located near the highway exit. Our optimism about the quality of our stay was solely grounded in the stellar reputation associated with the Holiday Inn Hotels & Resorts chain.

For seamless GPS navigation, we recommend using the complete address: Viale del Lavoro, 35, 37036 S. Martino Buon Albergo, Verona, Italy. It's important to specify "San Martino Buon Albergo" as the locality to avoid any potential confusion.

Accessing the hotel is a breeze. After smoothly exiting the A4 Venice-Milano highway at Verona Est and paying the toll, a prompt right turn without entering the Tangențiale Est directs you. Shortly after leaving the highway, the hotel comes into view in the parking lot, easily accessible through a nearby roundabout.

The hotel generously offers an ample supply of free parking. Should the parking lot be at capacity, an alternative is available across the way at the underground parking of Le Corte Grande Shopping Center mall, which is also free of charge.

Upon stepping into the lobby, one is immediately greeted by a high-quality ambiance, unequivocally validating the displayed four-star rating.

The reception staff exudes courtesy, efficiency, and proficiency in English.

Two generously sized, soundless elevators efficiently transport guests across the 8 floors of the building.

The hotel boasts 132 generously proportioned rooms, each tastefully furnished, impeccably clean, and equipped with efficient air conditioning. All rooms are strictly designated as non-smoking and feature smoke detectors. Remarkably effective soundproofing ensures a tranquil rest despite the proximity of the Autostrada and Tangentiale.

The bathrooms maintain the same elevated standards of cleanliness and functionality.

Crucially, the hotel policy graciously permits children up to 18 years of age to stay in the room with their parents, on reserved beds. Given the substantial bed size, this option undoubtedly presents an attractive proposition from a financial perspective.

Throughout the hotel, guests have the convenience of accessing Wi-Fi or cable internet for an additional fee of 7 euros per hour or 12 euros per day. Pet-friendly accommodations are available, and it's advisable to communicate this requirement in advance through booking requests or direct contact with the hotel staff.

The Catullo restaurant, exquisitely furnished and meticulously organized, provides a delightful setting for a hearty breakfast, graciously served by a friendly and accommodating staff. Although our stay was brief, the menu hinted at a delightful array of local and Venetian specialties.

While exercise enthusiasts might find it slightly challenging to chart a specific workout route in the immediate area, the hotel's surroundings lend themselves easily to running or cycling, allowing for exploration of the charming streets of the nearby town.

Following the insightful recommendations of the reception staff and armed with a complimentary map, we embarked on an exploration of central Verona, a mere 15-minute drive away, depending on traffic conditions.

Moreover, notable attractions such as Gardaland amusement park are conveniently accessible. A straightforward retracing of the route on the A4 towards Milano, followed by taking the Peschiera Centro exit after 35 kilometers, quickly leads to the amusement park. Clear road signs guide you, ensuring arrival at the park within 3 kilometers.

Within the same vicinity, guests have the delightful option to visit Lake Garda and explore its scenic environs.

Lastly, the hotel's favorable proximity to Venice, approximately 115 kilometers away, is an additional appealing aspect.

On a personal note, I embarked from here on a journey to Vienna, covering a distance of 712 kilometers, marking the second leg of my return journey to my home country.

In conclusion, this hotel embodies splendor, and the city is nothing short of enchanting. Don't hesitate—opt for this excellent option for an unforgettable experience.
